摘要
介绍一种新研制成功的高功率跟踪雷达发射机,该发射机综合了我们先前研制的同类固态发射机的优势,采用4个200 W末级功率模块进行功率合成,获得600 W以上的峰值功率,其最大脉冲宽度为120μs,最大占空比为40%。实测结果表明,无论是输出功率、体积尺寸还是可靠性方面都有了很大的提高。
A new successful developed high power transmitter for the tracking radar is introduced. The transmitter integrates the advantages of the similar solid - state transmitter we have developed before by taking 4 pieces of final stage power modules, each of them has output of 200W to carry out power synthesis so as to get the peak power of more than 600W. Its maximum pulse width is 120p^s and the maximum duty cycle is 40%. The tested result shows that no matter the output power, size or the reliability has been improved greatly.
