摘要
对使用Solidworks进行三维实体建模的特点和设计过程进行了研究,并结合新型多CCD数字航摄相机后背装置的结构设计,运用Solidworks进行零件建模、装配体生成以及工程图制作。根据航摄相机系统实际作业的需求,建模过程中对结构可能存在的干涉、关键零部件的受力强度等问题进行了深入分析与优化,确保整体设计更加合理,为今后航空摄影相机系统的装置设计提供了完整、可靠的依据。
The features and processes of 3D modeling with Solidworks were introduced in airborne camera construction design. Combining with a new kind of CCD digital airborne camera, authors mainly presented parts modeling, assembly and graphic generating in Solidworks. Based on application standard of digital airborne camera, the modeling processes were provided for a detail analysis and optimization on the possible interference and compressive strength of the key parts, the whole design is more professional and reliable for the digital airborne camera research in the future.
