摘要
概述了洗发水瓶体及瓶盖的三维造型方法,分析了洗发水瓶盖的结构工艺特点,介绍了基于Pro/ENGINEER的注射模设计基本流程,并完成了模具设计,利用所设计的模具生产出符合质量要求的注塑产品.
Summarized the method of 3D modeling shampoo bottle and its cap,analyzed the structural features of shampoo bottle cap. Introduced the procedure of injection mold design based on Pro/ENGINEER. The mold design was completed and the mold was applied to produce injection products which conformed to the quality requirements.
