Because of the backward beliefs of English learning and the lack of effective English learning strategies, many freshman can＇t adapt to their English learning in higher vocational colleges. This paper discusses the ways that college English teachers help freshmen change their beliefs of English learning and the approaches to train their English learning strategies.
