摘要
目的探讨Shh(sonic hedgehog)在大肠腺瘤及大肠癌中的表达与意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测Shh蛋白在36例大肠腺瘤及41例大肠癌中的表达并评估。结果Shh蛋白在大肠腺瘤中的阳性表达率为69.4%(25/36),阳性信号分布在肿瘤细胞胞浆内;Shh的染色评分随腺瘤组织学分级的增加而呈显著性升高(P<0.05)。Shh蛋白在早期及进展期大肠癌中的阳性表达率分别为80.0%(12/15)和30.8%(8/26),阳性信号均分布在癌细胞胞浆内;从阳性表达率及染色评分两方面评价,Shh在早期大肠癌的表达均显著高于进展期癌(P<0.01和P<0.05)。结论Shh蛋白可能参与大肠腺瘤-癌的演进过程,对Shh的表达进行评估将有助于大肠癌的早期诊断。
Objective To explore the expressions and significance of Shh (sonic hedgehog) in colorectal adenoma and colorectal carcinoma (CRC). Methods The expressions of Shh were detected and evaluated in 36 cases with coloreetal adenomas and 41 cases with CRCs by means of immunohistochemistry. Results In colorectal adenoma, Shh protein was detected in the eytoplasrn of tumor cells in 69.4% (25/ 36) eases. For staining score evaluation, Shh expressions were significantly stronger with histological grade increasing (P 〈 0.05). In CRCs, Shh protein were detected in the cancerous lesions in 80.0% (12/15) initial carcinomas and 30.8% (8/26) advanced carcinomas. The initial CRCs showed significantly higher Shh expressions compared with the advanced ones for both staining frequency (P 〈 O. 01 ) and scoring evaluation (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Shh may involve in the progressions of eolorectal adenoma to CRC. Evaluating the expressions of Shh may be of great value for early diagnoses of CRC:
