光动力学疗法对小鼠Heps肝癌移植瘤COX-2表达的影响

摘要 目的探讨光动力学疗法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)对Heps肝癌移植瘤环氧合酶-2(cyclooxygenase-2,COX-2)表达的影响及意义。方法采用免疫组化染色,观察PDT后Heps肝癌移植瘤COX-2表达的动态变化。结果PDT后2~72h内4个时间点,肿瘤细胞COX-2表达较对照组明显升高(P<0.01),治疗后72h肿瘤细胞COX-2表达较2、6和24h下降(P<0.05)。结论PDT可诱导残存肿瘤细胞COX-2表达增加。 Objective To investigate the effect of photodynamic therapy (PDT) on the expressions of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2)in tumor cells. Methods The mice model subcutaneously transplanted Heps liver carcinomas were used in the study. Through immunohistochemical staining, the changes of COX-2 expression of the tumor cells after PDT were observed. Results From 2 h to 72 h after PDT, the expression of COX-2 in tumor cells increased obviously in comparison with the control group (P 〈 0.01 ). The expression levels of COX-2 at 72 h were lower than 2, 6, 24 h after treatment. Conclusion PDT may induce expression of COX-2 in surviving tumor cells.
