p-AKT和HIF-1α在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达及意义

摘要 目的探讨p-AKT、HIF-1α蛋白在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达及意义和其相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学技术(S-P法)检测54例宫颈鳞癌、31例宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅱ~Ⅲ级(CINⅡ~Ⅲ)和20例正常宫颈组织中p-AKT、HIF-1α的表达。结果p-AKT、HIF-1α在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达率分别为72.22%(39/54)和62.96%(34/54)。p-AKT、HIF-1α的表达与宫颈鳞癌组织的临床分期、组织学分级、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),而与年龄无关(P>0.05)。p-AKT与HIF-1α的表达呈正相关(r=0.295,P<0.05)。结论p-AKT、HIF-1α均与宫颈鳞癌的发生、发展及转移有关。p-AKT与HIF-1α的过表达可能在宫颈磷癌发生、发展中起协同作用。 Objective To study the expressions and its significance and correlation of p-AKT and HIF-1α in cervical squamous carcinoma (SCC). Methods The expressions of p-AKT and HIF-1α were detected in 54 SCC, 31 CIN Ⅱ -Ⅲ and 20 normal cervical epithelium by im- munohistochemistry. Results The expressions of p-AKT and HIF-lot were 72.22% (39/54) and 62.96% (34/54) respectively in SCC. There was no statistical significance in age( P 〉 0.05 ), but was related to clinical stage, histological grade and lymph node metastases ( P 〈 0.05). The expression of p-AKT was associated with HIF-1α (r =0.295, P 〈0.05). Conclusion The expressions of p-AKT and HIF-1α were related with development and metastases of SCC. The overexpressions of p-AKT and HIF-1α may play synergetic roles in process of SCC.
