摘要
采用金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析等手段对Q345B中厚板分层缺陷进行了分析。结果表明:Q345B中厚板分层缺陷主要是由于铸坯中偏析处存在硫化物夹杂、带状组织引起的。通过对炼钢生产过程的观察,提出了改进连铸工艺等相关措施,取得了良好的效果。
The lamination defects of Q345B medium plate was studied by means of metallographic examination, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the fracture lamination is mainly caused by sulfide inclusions at segregation and banded structure in slab. Measures to improve continuous casting process has been taken and good effect is obtained.
