大型汽轮发电机组瓦振波动问题及测试标准的思考

摘要 针对某国产亚临界600MW汽轮发电机组瓦振大幅波动问题,进行了全面测试。通过数值模拟与实测信号的对比分析,阐明了该瓦振位移峰峰值波动是由于叠加在振动速度信号中的低频干扰在测量系统中被积分放大所致,该结论解决了该机组投产以来一直困扰的瓦振异常波动问题,并由此展开了大型汽轮发电机组瓦振测量所用传感器以及适用标准的讨论。 The beating vibration of one domestic 600MW subcritical unit came forth large scale transient fluctuation. For finding out fault reason, the comparative analysis of the detailed testing results and numerical simulation were given. The analysis results showed that the integration of low frequency vibration velocity signal led to large scale transient fluctuation of vibration displacement peak-peak value. The fluctuation problem of bearing vibration was solved successfully. In the last part of the paper, the sensor and apphed criterion for measuring the bearing vibration of large steam turbine-generator were discussed.
