摘要
随着电网的快速发展,电力系统对电网安全稳定性的要求越来越高。根据华中电网要求,葛洲坝电厂需要承担一次调频任务。介绍了葛洲坝电厂水轮机调速器如何实现一次调频功能;通过实验,对水轮机调速器各调节参数与机组一次调频的关系及其影响进行了深入分析,并成功地在葛洲坝电厂实现了一次调频功能。
As the rapid development of grid, the demand for safety and stability of grid is increasingly higher for power system. Due to the need of Central China Grid, Gezhouba Hydropower Plant takes the responsibility of primary frequency regulation. This paper described how to achieve the function of primary frequency regulation by hydroturbine governor in Gezhouba Hydropower Plant. After the test, it also intensively analyzed the relationship and influence between the regulative parameters of hydro-turbine governor and primary frequency regulation of the unit. And finally the function of primary frequency regulation was realized successfully in Gezhouba Hydropower Plant.
