摘要
在对目前国内外学者制备超细碳酸钙方法的系统分析基础上,提出了新的工艺,即以蒸氨废液作为主要原料,通过与自制碳酸钠溶液发生复分解反应来制备纳米碳酸钙。确定了蒸氨废液和碳酸钠溶液的混合方式、反应温度、反应时间和搅拌速度等最优条件。最后进行了初步的经济分析。
A new technique for producing nanometer calcium carbonate using distiller waste in soda ash industry and sodium carbonate liquor to manufacture nanometer calcium carbonate on the basic of the comprehensive analysis of the methords contrived by academicians in the country or abroad. This research ascertained the best condition of the reaction, such as the mix quomodo, reaction temperature, reaction time and churn up velocity etc. Economic benefit analysis is mentioned in the end.
