Brief Description of River Closure for The Dachaoshan Hydropower Project

大朝山水电站工程是澜沧江上继漫湾之后的第二座大型水电部工程，１９９７年１１月１０日安全圆满实现大江截流。

The Dachaoshan Hydropower Project is thse second large hydropower development after completion ofthe Manwan Hydropower Station on the Lancang River . The river closure rfor the Dachaoshan Hydropower Project was safely and successfully implemented on 10 November, 1997.This paper gives a brief presentation of the implementation of the river closure for the Dachaoshan Hydropower project .
