摘要
企业实行员工信任管理,是现代成功企业的特征之一,能有效弥补企业领导人自身的不足;可以提升员工之间的相互信任,夯实团队合作的基础;并且能减少金钱与精力成本,从而降低企业的管理成本。信任管理是一种动态的过程,选才环节,德者优先;磨合环节,滚动信任;同时要信任有度,监控结合。
The practice of trust management in business is one of the features of successful modern enterprises. It can not only make up the inadequacy in the leadership of the business, but also enhance the mutual trust among staff members which in turn strengthen the foundation of team spirit. Besides, trust management makes it possible to lower the operation cost in that it reduces cost in capital as well as in labor investment. Because trust management is a dynamic process, it requires that morality is of great priority in choosing talents. While in the adjusting period, rolling trust is to be implemented. It is also recommended that trust should be modified and integrated with monitoring
