The Development of Provincial Institute of Education Under the New Situation

随着我国高等教育改革与发展步伐的加快,特别是教师教育新体系的建立,成人性质的省级教育学院发展困难。目前部分省级教育学院或是采取合并模式,或是走向改制道路,但从教师专业化要求和教师教育职前职后一体化的发展趋势来看,以培训为特色发展省级教育学院具有必然性和优越性。

With the reform and acceleration of the development pace of our country＇s higher education, especially the building of the new system of teacher education, provincial colleges of education with adult features have faced difficulties in developing. For the moment, some provincial colleges of education either adopt the merge mode or change its adult features by reform. But from the view of the demands of the Teacher Professionalization and the development trend of the integration of pre-duty and on-duty education, developing provincial colleges of education featured with training has inevitability and superiority.
