下肢深静脉血栓留置导管溶栓术的临床研究

目的:评价下肢深静脉血栓留置导管溶栓术的临床价值。材料与方法:31例均采用先置滤器于下腔静脉,而后运用Seldinger技术,经皮穿刺股静脉将溶栓导管、溶栓导丝置于深静脉血栓附近推注溶栓药物。并留置导管两到三周,用滴定泵持续给与溶栓药物。2～3周造影复查。结果:治疗后3～5天症状明显改善28例;症状减轻3例。总有效率达100%,未发生任何并发症。与其他溶栓方法比较有明显差异(P<0.11)。治疗三周造影复查发现26例血管再通,血流通过>50%。5例建立了丰富的侧枝循环。结论:留置导管溶栓术是目前治疗下肢深静脉血栓较为理想的方法。

Purpose： By 31 regular legs deep vein thrombns case applications, reserve to put catheter, dissolve, the research of bolt skill treatment, appraise legs deep vein thrombus to reserve, put catheter to dissolve, the clinical value of boh skill. Materials and Methods： 31 example adopt to set up first to strain ware to vena cava, then go through skin puncture femeoral vein with Seldinger technology will place bolt catheter, dissolve bolt seal were to nearby deep vein thrombns to push infusing dissolve bolt medicine. And reserve to put conduct two to 3 weeks, giving continuously bolt medicine by titration pump. 2- 3 week radiography examination. Results： As a result after treating in 3 - 5 day 28 spotom obvious improvement exmples; SyllnPtom alleviate 3 exmples. Totalefficient rate reches 10on. Do not occur any complication. And other dissolye bolt method have obvious difference（ P 〈0. 01 ）, after treating 3 weeks checking radiography, discover that 26 regular blood vessels are known again, blood circulation passes 50%. 5 example have established rich side branch cycle. Conclusion： reserve to put conduct dissolve bolt skill is the relatively ideal method of now treating legs deep vein thrembns.
