摘要 河南建筑职业技术学院在特色专业建设过程中,探索出一套"四融四定"特色专业建设模式,即融专业于产业,锁定培养目标;融岗位于专业,锁定教学内容;融生产于教学,锁定培养模式;融认证于考核,锁定教学评价,形成以建筑企业工作过程为导向,工作任务为载体的"三段三结合"人才培养模式,实现工学结合人才培养模式的具体化。 In the building process of characteristic specialty, He'nan Vocational and Technical College has explored a suit of 'four integration and four lock 'characteristic specialty construction model, namely integrating specialty in industry and locking training objectives, integrating positions in profession and locking teaching content, integrating production in teaching and locking training mode, integrating certification in assessment and locking teaching evaluation, and the 'three phases and three kinds of combination'personnel training model which oriented by working process and taking work tasks as the carrier was formed and the concretion of training model of combining work with study was realized.
