摘要
目的建立同时测定蔬菜、水果中三氯杀螨醇和拟除虫菊酯类农药的气相色谱测定法。方法样品粉碎后用有机溶剂提取,经石墨化炭黑-NH2柱和硅胶柱进行固相萃取净化,用DM-17毛细管柱分离,气相色谱测定。结果该方法在0.10~2.0μg/ml范围内呈线性关系,最低检出浓度为0.011~0.090μg/kg,样品的加标回收率在85.4%~105%之间,变异系数小于7.0%。结论该方法操作简便,杂质干扰少,灵敏度高,重现性好,可满足日常分析的需要。
Objective To establish a method to determine dicofol and eight pyrethroid pesticides residues in vegetables and fruits by gas chromatography. Methods The crushed samples were extracted with organic solvent,then the extract was analyzed by DM-17 capillary column gas chromatography after being purified by PestiCarb-NH2 cartridge and silica cartridge solid phase extraction. Results The detection curve covered the linear range of 0.10-2.0 μg/ml .The minimum detection limit was 0.011- 0.090 μg/kg.The rates of recovery were 85.4%-105%.The variable coefficient (RSD) was under 7.0%. Conclusion This method has the advantages of less disturb, simple and high accuracy, and it can be applicable to the routine analysis of dicofol and pyrethroid pesticides residues.
