摘要
目的探讨入院时即为烧伤创面脓毒症的后续治疗方案。方法对2003年1月～2008年12月入院时能明确诊断烧伤创面脓毒症的病例,进行了以一次性切除绝大部分感染创面为主的综合治疗。结果本组病例共21例,治愈20例,治愈率95.2%。结论对于入院时即为烧伤创面脓毒症的病人,尽快尽可能彻底地清除感染创面是最根本、最有效的治疗措施。
Objective To investigate the treatment of burn wound sepsis due to early mismanagement. Methods One-off excision of the most infected wounds was preformed on the patients with burn wound sepsis who were admitted from January 2003 to December 2008. Resealts Among these 21 patients, 20 survived giving a survival rate of 95.2%. Conclusion For the patients with burn wound sepsis resulted from early mismanagement, the most effective and optimal treatment method for infected wound is to excise as soon as possible.
