阴道斜隔综合征1例报告
摘要
患者，女，13岁，未婚。因“进行性痛经1年”于2008年3月11日入院求治。该患者12岁月经初潮，平素月经周期10／37～38，月经量中等，重度痛经，进行性加重。2008年3月12日我院B超见：右子宫上下径56．5mm，前后径31．2mm。子宫呈前位，包膜完整，内光点分布均匀，宫腔内膜厚11．1mm。
