膝关节前交叉韧带重建移植材料的选择 被引量:10

摘要 近年来随着交通事故和运动损伤的日益增加,膝关节前交叉韧带(anterior cruciate ligament,ACL)损伤也日趋增多。由于ACL损伤后容易导致膝关节不稳定和继发损伤,日久导致半月板损伤和退行性关节炎,严重影响到日常生活和运动功能,因此需重建ACL的患者大大增加。ACL损伤的治疗在近20年取得了很大的进步,其手术操作逐渐发展为目前的关节镜下操作,创伤小且术后功能恢复快。然而,对于ACL移植物的选择,仍存在较大的争议。现就相关重建移植材料的生物学特性、临床应用及效果、存在的局限性如下综述。
