病原菌感染对鲫鱼乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性的影响

通过不连续垂直板聚丙烯酰胺电泳(PAGE)研究了鲫鱼成体不同组织(肝脏,肾脏,鳃,肌肉,心脏)里LDH同工酶的的表达情况。结果表明:鲫鱼乳酸脱氢酶在不同组织里存在着较大的表达差异。病原菌嘘水气单胞菌(Aeromonas punctata)感染鲫鱼后对各组织里LDH的表达有较大影响。这种特异性变化可以作为鲫鱼疾病早期诊断及病理分析的生化辅助指标。

Vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to assess the activity of LDH from different tissues of crucian carp. Result suggested that, the expression of LDH isoenzyme in different tissues was diverse. After the injection of A. punctata, the LDH isoenzyme of the five tissuese was changed. The tissue-specific change could be served as tool for diagnosis and potholgy analysis of fish disease.
