摘要
信牌是工作流活动协调的工具,但对参与者的协调分析不足。另一方面,agent具有自主、智能的特点,与流程的参与者类似。在提出信牌驱动的多agent流程模型的基础上,对多agent流程模型中的异常状况进行讨论。运用流程中的知识结合异常案例的相似匹配算法,并对信牌进行进一步扩展,提出一种基于知识流的半主动式流程异常处理机制,为流程中的异常提供了解决方案。
Xinpai has been used to coordinate activities consisting of workflow without thorough consideration of participants while agent is similar to participants in intelligence and self-determination. In this paper,the Xinpai-based Multi-agent Process Coordination Model is established, and exceptions in the Model are also under discussion. Knowledge in the Progress is used together with similarity mapping algorithms of exceptions, so Xinpai is further extended, and a knowledge flow-based semi-active Progress exception handling mechanism is proposed, which provides the solution for exceptions in the Progress.
