Through analysis the main cause for making Shaanxi economy lagging is pointed out and the measures for treating the problems are putted forward.The compatibility of science and technology makes that every enterprise can take advantage of technology,every science and research college or university has corresponded research institute and enterprise receiving its fruits,and economic establishment is truly transfered to depend on the developing science and technology.
