摘要
探讨和比较松散耦合和紧密耦合这两种学校组织结构,强调这两种结构各自的优点和局限性。认为它们不应该被孤立起来使用,而应该扬长避短加以集成,形成一种新的混合型学校组织结构模式,以适应我国学校组织变革的需要。
Two school organizational structures, loose coupling and tight coupling, are discussed and compared in the paper. It argues that they need to be integrated rather than separately applied so as to develop the merits and reduce the shortcomings. Through this way, a new hybrid model of school organizational structure is established to meet the needs of school organizational reforms.
