颅脑损伤合并多发伤65例临床分析

Analysis on 65 Cases with Craniocerebral Injury Combined with Severe Multiple Trauma

目的评估颅脑损伤合并严重多发伤的救治疗效。方法对我院收治的65例颅脑损伤合并多发伤病例的临床资料进行统计分析。结果治愈34例,轻残12,中残7例,重残3例,死亡9例。结论颅脑损伤合并多发伤以青壮年车祸伤为多见,应早期诊断、及时抢救,纠正低血压和低血氧,合理手术治疗,适当使用脱水剂,避免漏诊和误诊是减少病死率的重要措施。

Objectlve To evaluate the treatment of craniocerebral injury combined with severe multiple trauma. Method statistical analysis of 65 cases of craniocerebral injury combined with severe multiple trauma. Result 223 cases received successful treatment, 12cases were handicapped mildly, 7cases were handicapped moderately,3 cases were handicapped severely ,and 9 cases died. Conclusion Cranioeerebral injury combined with severe multiple traumas usually occur in the 20--40-year-old young men. It＇s necessary to take rarly dingnosis and timelyr rescue, Correcting hypotension and hypoxomia, having an oporation, using dchydrate agents properly, avoiding missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis are vital for decreasing the mortality.
