摘要
目的探讨血尿酸水平与老年脑梗死之间的关系。方法选择128例老年脑梗死患者和116例老年非脑梗死患者,分别测定其血尿酸水平,并计算高尿酸血症(Hyperuricemia,HUA)检出率。结果脑梗死组血尿酸水平与HUA检出率均高于非脑梗死组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论HUA与老年脑梗死密切相关,是老年脑梗死的危险因素之一。
Objective To study the correlation between the level of serum uric acid and cerebral infarction of elder patients. Method A total of 128 patients with acute cerebral infarction and 116 patients with other diseases were enrolled.The datas of their serum uric acid were examined and the rates of hyperurieemia in two groups were calculated at the same time. Result Both the level of serum uric acid and rate of hyperuricemia in cerebral infarction group increased obviously than the other group （p〈0.01）. Conclusion Hyperuricemia is related to cerebral infarction of elder patients,and it is a important risk factor of acute cerebral infarction in aged case.
