赏识教育在儿童齿科门诊的应用

Application of Commendation to the Children in the Outpatient Department

目的探讨减轻牙科患儿就诊恐惧的方法。方法对172例牙科患儿在术前、术中、术后采用表扬、夸奖赞赏的方法,肯定患儿的行为。从心理上诱导患儿消除恐惧,完成诊疗。结果合作型:13.95%;诱导合作型:81.98%;强制型:4.07%。结论赏识教育能帮助患儿克服牙科畏惧,与医生配合完成治疗。

Objective To investigate the method about easing the deatal fear of the children patients. Methods We take the method of commending the 172 chilren upon their reaction before the operation,in the operation and after the operation .We take the way of psychological revulsion to eliminate the dental fear of the children ,thus, we can complete the treatment. Results Coopration ：13.95%; Revulsion-cooperation ：81.98%;Foreing：4.07%.Conelusion We can ease the dental fear of the children by the method of commending them,and finish the treatment.
