团体辅导式护理科会促进临床护士身心健康实践研究

Practice of Group-counseling-based Unit Meetings for Promoting Clinical Nurses' Mental Health

目的探讨护理单元以团体辅导形式开展护理科会的可行性与有效性。方法随机整群选取普外科病区的2个护理单元,设其中一个护理单元为对照组,按常规开展工作;另一单元为实验组,开展团体辅导式护理科会,每月1次,连续1年。实施前后采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)分别对两组护士进行测评,自设问卷发放给实验组护士进行效果自评。结果两组SCL-90评分比较,干预主效应差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。除理论学习(评分7.94±1.56)外,实验组护士对开展团体辅导式护理科会表示满意(均分≥8分)。结论护理单元开展团体辅导式护理科会有利于减轻和缓解护士压力,改善护理人际关系,促进护士的身心健康,有利于提高和改进护理质量。

Objective To explore the effect and feasibility of the general surgery wards were selected by random cluster group-counseling-based unit meeting. Methods Two nursing units from sampling, one nursing unit was assigned as the experimental group, in which group-counseling-based meetings were carried out monthly in a year, and the other unit as the control group, in which rou- tine work was conducted. Before and after the intervention, SCL-90 was used to measure nurses~ mental health in the two groups. In addition, nurses in the experimental group filled out a self-evaluation sheet one year after the intervention. Results The total scores of SCL-90 in the two groups presented significant differences after the intervention （P^0.05 for all）. Nurses in the experi- mental group felt satisfied with group-counseling-based unit meetings except theoretical learning （scored 7.94 ~ 1.56）. Conclusion The group-counseling-based unit meetings is beneficial for nurses to relieve stress, promote physical and emotional health, and to improve interpersonal relationship and the quality of nursing service.
