Enlightenment of Telecom & Computer Enterprise Merging in the World Brought to the Telecom Enterprise Reform in China

随着国际化竞争的日趋激烈、科学技术的迅猛发展以及世界经济一体化进程的加快,进入90年代以来,世界企业并购高潮迭起,其中通信和计算机行业并购额为最高。作者列举了国外计算机和通信行业并购的众多实例并分析归纳了其并购特点,最后提出了并购热潮对加快我国电信改革的几点启示。

With the increasingly higher competitiveness in the worldwide competition, faster development of science and technology, and accelerated progress of the global economic unification, the tide of merging and purchasing of enterprises has been raised one after another since the 1990's, especially in the computer and telecom industries. In this paper, numerous examples are enumerated with analysis of features. Finally, its enlightenment brought to the the telecom reform in China is proposed.
