中西医结合治疗肠梗阻58例观察与护理

Observation and nursing care in the treatment of 58 patients with intestinal obstruction by applying Chinese and Western medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗肠梗阻的观察与护理。方法:对58例肠梗阻患者实施中西医治疗及护理。结果:本组除2例治疗无效转手术治疗外,其余患者均顺利出院。结论:采用禁食、胃肠减压、补液疗法、中药内服、灌肠等综合疗法治疗肠梗阻,注重心理护理,有利于肠梗阻的治疗与康复。

Objective ： To study the methods of observation and nursing care in the treatment of patients with intestinal obstruction by applying Chinese and Western medicine. Methods： 58 patients were treated with Chinese and Western medicine and given careful nursing care. Resuhs ： All of the patients were successfully discharged from hospital except that 2 patients received surgical treatment because of ineffective treatment with Chinese and Western medicine. Conclusion： Such comprehensive treatment as fasting, gastrointestinal decompression, rehydration therapy, taking medicine orally and enema therapy combined with psychological care is conducive to the treatment and patient＇s rehabilitation in the treatment of intestinal obstruction with Chinese and Western medicine.
