Two new phenolic glycosides, 2-hydroxy-4-O-β-D-glucopyranosylphenylacetic acid methyl acetate （1） and 2-hydroxy-4-O-β-D- glucopyranosylphenylacetic acid （2） were isolated from the aerial parts ofAndrosace umbellata.
