摘要
为了较全面系统地对发动机曲轴疲劳强度的影响因素进行研究分析,采用了有限单元法建立发动机动力系统有限元模型,根据发动机工作状态的实际工况,在多种载荷边界条件和位移边界条件下对曲轴的应力和变形进行了有限元分析,并将有限元分析结果和试验数据进行了对比分析,为曲轴疲劳强度分析提供了参考。
For a comprehensive study on the factors affecting of the engine crankshaft fatigue strength, finite element model of the engine power system is set up in the paper. According to the state of the actual job conditions, the stress and deformation of the crankshaft are computed by the finite element method in a variety of load and displacement boundary conditions. The results of the crankshaft are compared with the test data. The results show that such model has good practical value engineering for the crankshaft fatigue strength analysis and provides a new idea for the study.
