摘要
海关物流监控自动化检查控制系统基于先进的PLC自动化平台,实现物流设备的运动控制和以太网通讯。人机界面和网络数据处理程序使用VISUAL BASIC专业化的语言和环境开发,在Modbus TCP以太网环境下与SQL SERVER数据库联合进行海关电子报关数据EDI的处理。这种基于Modbus TCP构建的自动化检查控制系统彻底摆脱了非标准的、封闭的工业控制网络及现场总线技术的束缚。物流的自动化监管解决了长期以来海关对进出境快件监管中存在的诸多问题,在严密监管的同时,最大限度地为快件的通关提供了高效和便利。
