浅析大学校园公示语不规范翻译

With the opening of Chinese colleges and the frequent cultural communication among international colleges, there appear more and more public signs in the colleges, both in Chinese and English. But owing to various causes, we can see many nonstandard translations. From the aspect of commonly applied functions of public signs in colleges, the thesis analyzes some common nonstandard translations and proposes some suggestions on standard translation. The writer hopes us all together to pay more attention to the public sign translation of colleges, so as to create a harmonious circumstance for international communication.
