For the most successful Japanese CVS, there are so many unique administrative strategies. This article will analyze the administrative strategies of CVS in Japan based on Intelligence Information System, Diverse Running and Cooperative System for Suppliers. Besides, some relevant recommendations will be given to the proprietors of CVS in China.
