单层间断缝合在消化道重建术中的应用

目的 探讨单层间断缝合在消化道重建术中的应用。方法在胃肠道吻合术中应用3—0、4-0号丝线将消化道全层作一起缝合，重建消化道。结果在167例消化道重建术中采用上述方法吻合均未出现吻合口漏、瘘、出血、梗阻等并发症。结论单层间断缝合重建消化道术式是一种安全、简便、经济的消化道重建术式。

Objective： To investigate the single-layer interrupted suture in the reconstruction of digestive tract surgery. Methods： anastomosis in the gastrointestinal tract application No. 3-0, 4-0 thread will be for the digestive tract along with full-thickness suture, reconstruction of the digestive tract. Results： 167 cases of digestive tract reconstruction with the use of this method had no anastomotic leakage, fistula, hemorrhage, complications such as obstruction.Conclusion： The reconstruction of the digestive tract of single-layer interrupted suture technique is a safe, simple and economic reconstruction of the digestive tract surgery.
