摘要
生物降解材料聚乳酸受其本身的化学结构限制,具有较高的结晶性,从而限制了其广泛应用。而拓宽聚乳酸应用的最重要的途径是聚乳酸复合材料的制备。本文综述了聚乳酸复合改性研究进展,主要侧重于碳纳米管、环糊精、羟基磷灰石及其它物质与生物降解材料-聚乳酸的复合改性最新进展。聚乳酸基复合材料的结晶性、亲水性、生物相容性与纯聚乳酸材料对比,得到了明显的提高。最后对其发展进行了展望。
Biodegradable materials-polylactic acid (PLA) has the high crystalline degree due to the inherent chemical structure of PLA, which limits its' wide applications. To overcome the disadvantages of PLA for the broader applications, the composite materials derived from PLA and other additives are proposed. This review focuses on the recent development of polylactic acid composites. Polylactic acid composites including carbon nanotubes ( CNTs), cyclodextrin ( CD ), hydrexyapatite ( HA ) etc. are presented. Polylactic acid modified by additives typically shows the improved crystallinity, hydrophilicity and biocompatibility. Furthermore, the future directions on polylactic acid based composites are highlighted.
