基于层次分析法的吴江经济开发区土地集约利用潜力评价研究

Studies on the Assessment for Land Use Intensification Potentiality of Economic Develooment Zone in Wujiang

以吴江经济开发区土地利用现状数据为依据,构建合理的评价指标体系,应用层次分析法确定指标权重,采用综合指数多目标决策模型对吴江经济开发区的土地集约利用潜力进行测算。研究结果表明,吴江经济开发区的土地集约利用潜力指数为0.3068,评价等级为Ⅳ级,土地集约利用已达到满意要求,在经济开发区土地集约利用方面做到比较好。结合吴江经济开发区的实际情况,特提出以下建议:加强观念引导,调整土地的利用结构;提高生产性用地比例,提高工业用地的容积率与建筑密度;适当提高工业用地的价格;建立评估机制等。

Based on the land use data of Wujiang economic development zone, this paper is devoted to classifying and appraising to land use intensification potentiality of this zone. In the process of study, the appraise indictors are selected, AHP（ Analytical Hierarchy Process） method is applied, the appraise model is set up and the indictor weights are established. Furthermore, according to the composite index multi-objective decision model ,the potential class of land-intensive use of the economic development zone in Wujiang can be calculated to be Ⅳ grade level and the potential index is 0. 3068. And the potential index of evaluation factors also can be calculated such as the structure and degree of land use, the level of land input-output, sustainable growth of the benefit of land utilization and so on. Finally, the approaches and measures of land use intensification Wujiang economic development zone are presented combined with its practicality situation.
