The article summarizes the existing safe investment theory, points out it only from the security partial consideration, neglects the mine enterprise overall benefit one-sidedness. Using the opportunity cost analytic method,expound the enterprise under its benefit maximization, how does carry on the correct safe investment. Finally, the article production function has established the safe investment optimization model using Cobb-Douglas, and has carried on the inferential reasoning and the application.
