关于中医药教育体制改革的宏观思考

Thinking on the Reform of Chinese Medicine Education System in Macroscopical Perspective.

中医药相对西医药全面萎缩勿庸置疑,学者们有从中医药教育角度分析其原因并给出了相应的改革措施。但这些对策往往没有充分考虑其现实可操作性以及受众的反应,因而难以保证其有效性。作者视中医药教育制度为一内嵌式制度,将中医药教育体制改革与中医药事业的发展以及整个医疗卫生体制改革联系起来,试图从宏观的视角把握中医药教育体制改革的方向。

Compared with modem medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） is undoubtedly undeveloped, and causes have been studied by many people. Though some opinions concentrated on education and countermeasures have been put forward, they will not be effective for being regardless of their practicability and the receivers＇ reaction. So, education of TCM needs to be regarded as an embedded-in system, and the reform can be macrscopically directed by linking it with the development of TCM and reform of health system.
