徐州市刘山闸站机电监控系统设计研究

摘要 针对刘山闸站已有机电设备存在的问题,提出了泵站机电监控系统的自动化改造方案。采用施耐德Quantum系列PLC和组态软件InTouch实现了整个泵站的自动化控制,能够可靠、准确地实时监测和记录泵站的运行状况,并具有运行纪录查询、报警和冗余等功能。通过调试后的监控系统运行稳定,泵站控制系统的自动化程度和效率得到了提高。 Automation transforming project of pumping station monitoring & control system had been proposed according to its mechanical and electrical equipment problems at Liushan station. The PLC of Quantum and InToueh was used in the system to achieve its automatic control. The running process of pumping station would be real-time monitored and recorded. There are many functions in this system, such as inquiring history record, alarm and system redundancy. After debugging the monitoring system works steadily, the automation and efficiency are enhanced with using the mechanical and electrical monitoring system.
