《合成氨》课堂教学与生产实习相结合的实践和探索

摘要 课堂教学与生产实习长期以来一直是两个独立的教学形式,但是随着社会进步和科技的发展,这种教学模式已经越来越难以适应社会的发展。本文对采取课堂教学和生产实习有机结合的方式学习合成氨课程进行积极探索;通过课堂教学和生产实习相结合,学生把理论知识和生产现场实际结合起来,能对合成氨工业中的工艺、设备及操作有深刻认识,达到较好的学习效果。 Class teaching and production practice has always been two distinct teaching means for a long time. But with society advancing and science and technology developing, this teaching model has difficulty in adapting to the development of society. In this paper, using a new teaching which integrate these two teaching means, study on the subject such as ammonia synthesis is investigated. Through the combination of class teaching and production practice, the students can combine theory knowledge and practical production, and they can understand some processes, equipments and operations in the production of ammonia. Better effect of studying is achieved.
