试论辩证的“可译性”

"可译性"问题历来是翻译理论研究的重要课题之一。本文梳理了可译性与不可译性论者的观点,说明翻译要受历史性、相对性和译者的主体性等方面的制约。翻译是可以完成的,但要受一定条件的制约,这就是翻译的辩证本质。

Translatability has been one of the subjects in the field of translation studies. Based on the analysis of arguments on translatability and untranslatability,this article is aimed at a dialectic explanation of translation in terms of histoy, relativity and the subjectivity of the translators. Translation is possible,bnt there is restrictions to it. This is the dialectics of translation.
