摘要
本文主要介绍了路桥施工企业项目成本控制的原则以及影响项目成本控制的因素,并结合实际情况,探讨了项目成本控制方法和改进措施。
This paper has introduced the principle of the cost controlling for construction project and the reasons which influenced the cost controlling for construction project. Combined with the actual situation it proposed some proposals and suggestions of the cost controlling for road and bridge construction companies in order to achieve the overall objective of the cost controlling.
