面向公众的政府教育信息需求分析——以武汉市公众采样为例

本文以武汉市公众为样本,通过问卷、电子邮件等方式调查了政府教育信息需求的公众主体及其主要的信息需求。统计分析发现,政府教育信息需求的公众主体主要为学生、教师及家长群体。在细化他们的政府教育信息需求内容的基础上,析出公众主要需求的政府教育信息包括高等教育、继续教育、教育信息资源共享、教师服务等方面内容。最后通过调查结果分析,发现了我国政府教育信息服务覆盖存在"盲点",功能匮乏及利用率不高等问题并针对各问题,从完善政府教育信息内容、优化政府教育信息资源、提升政府教育信息利用率等角度入手,提出了相应对策。

This paper takes citizens in Wuhan as samples , investigates the main communities who need the government educational information （GEI） and the main information they need by question- naires, emails and so on. On the survey, the main communities who needs GEI are distributed in the groups of the students, the teachers and the parents. According to the specific classifications of the GEI which they need, it finds that the main information needs include higher education, continuing education, the educational information resource sharing and so on. Finally it points out some problems such as the blind spots, the scarcity of the functions, lower utilization on the GEI service and offers countermeasures from angles of the GEI optimization and the the GEI utilization elevation.
