摘要
本文介绍了所研制的输气管线交直流杂散电流检测与评价系统。系统的硬件部分为一便携式仪器,实现了交、直流杂散电流的高精度采集、与海量数据存储功能;系统软件部分构建了基于Clips的杂散电流专家系统,通过图形分析、频谱分析与构建的专家系统数据分析功能,对杂散电流对阴极保护的影响给出综合评价,最后介绍了该仪器在西南油气田分公司测试中的应用情况。
A detecting and evaluating system of AC/DC stray current on gas pipeline is introduced. Its hardware is a portable instrument, which implements the high precision acquisition and bulk storage of AC/DC stray current. Its software builds a stray current expert system based on clips. After picture, spectrum and data of expert system being analyzed, the overall evaluation about the stray current affects on cathodic protection is given. Finally, the application of the system in South-west PetroChina Limited Company is introduced.
