摘要
针对厦门翔安隧道海域段F3风化深槽的地质特点,文章主要论述了采用周边帷幕注浆、超前长管棚进行预支护,以及采用三台阶法进行开挖的施工技术。经过综合超前地质预报,进一步探明了风化槽的规模、风化程度、涌水量及对施工的影响程度。施工过程中,根据掌握的地质资料,随时进行动态设计、动态施工,这种信息化的工作方法既能保证施工安全,又加快了工程进度,并能最大限度的节约建设投资。本工程施工中采用先进的施工设备以及现场组织管理工,作为顺利穿越F3风化深槽起到了很重要的作用。
In the construction of Xiamen Xiang'an tunnel, peripheral curtain grouting, advance long pipe-roofing and tri-bench excavation method have been taken based on the geological condition of deep F3 weathered trough passed by Xiang'an tunnel. By means of comprehensive geological forecast, it understood the scale, state and water inflow concerning the weathered trough further as well as its influence on the construction. Thus observational de- sign and construction have carried out under the help of useful geological documents, which ensures construction safety, speed up construction progress and decrease investment. Moreover advanced construction equipment and good management work also played a significant role for the excavation at the section passing through deep F3 weathered trough.
