摘要 针对电磁继电器在动作时产生的辐射干扰会影响延时电路,采用Ansoft HFSS建立了含有电磁继电器和延时电路PCB的仿真模型,计算了在电磁继电器动作时PCB上主要走线上的感应电压,分析了感应电压对延时时间等参数的影响,评估了电磁继电器机壳对整体电磁兼容性能的影响。该研究成果对提高延时继电器的EMC及可靠性具有一定的意义。 Aiming at the radiated EMI generated by electromagnetic relay could influence the timing circuit when relay' s contacts separate. The simulation model with the electromagnetic relay and timing circuit PCB was es- tablished by Ansoft HFSS. The induced voltages of tracks on the PCB was calculated. The influence on timing pa- rameters from the voltages, and on EMC from shielding enclosure of electromagnetic relay was analyzed. The research has some value to improve the EMC and reliability of timing relay.
