Design of Mechanical Durability General Test Bed for MCCB

设计了一种新型MCCB机械寿命通用试验台。该试验台由机械操作系统和控制系统两部分组成,其中机械系统为三工位机械寿命测试,可同时对三台MCCB进行机械寿命试验并监测试验状态。配置了四种功能测试模式,可满足不同用户的测试要求,具有广泛的实用性。

A new MCCB mechanical durability general test bed was presented. This test bed consists of mechanical operation system and control system. There are three mechanical durability test places in the mechanical system. Three MCCBs can be tested and the test status can be monitored on this test bed at one time. In order to satisfy the requirements of different consumers, four function test modes were schemed. The test bed has extensive feasibility.
