汛期如何确保众多在建水利工程的防洪安全是各建设单位面对的首要任务之一。在阐述在建水利工程建设期间防汛工作特点的基础上,对建立完善的防洪保障体系以及做好防汛工作的经验和方法进行了探讨。
How to safeguard flood primary task to all the construction control for water projects under construction in the flood season is units.
